Quarter 4 2018 Core Value Award Winners

Quarter 4 2018 Core Value Award Winners

Each quarter, Personians nominate their peers whose actions and attitudes reflect one of our seven Core Values and are prime examples of #howiPFY (Humility – Ownership – Win – Integrity – Positivity – Family – Yardage) to be considered for a Core Value award. Our Ethics Committee reviews each nomination and selects one winner for each award. Below are the award recipients for Q4 2018.

“When Sarah was placed into a difficult situation this year, she took over, remained calm, and turned the team around, producing some of our most impressive results. She did this without asking for praise or recognition, and without taking credit. She is a quiet, yet has strong presence, and her humility and success keep her visibility under the radar. She deserves to know that she is recognized, and we know she has done a fantastic job.”

“Sara collectively owns the company’s goals and pushes to do everything she can to help reach our targets. She works intricately with teams to ensure accurate billing and makes monthly adjustments to accommodate changing client requests. She celebrates monthly revenue and notifies leadership when we set records.  She never complains, takes full responsibility for her work, and helps others solve problems, even if they are not her own. She ensures benefit enrollment and on-boarding are smooth, invoices are accurate, and that she helps teams achieve success.“

“Matt was tasked with picking up work of others when his teammate took on an assignment in NY. He submitted multiple people for critical roles that had been a struggle. He was able to fill two of the roles with patience and hard work. One of the candidates almost backed out at the last minute; however, he was able to handle the situation and close the requisition out. His ability to take on work of others and successfully complete that work is something to be celebrated.”

“Jason cared so much about the company hitting our revenue target for 2018 that he called through all of his contacts to get engagement fees to help close the gap. He offered clients reduced fees to prepay roles.”

“Courtney’s start at Personify has been very interesting to say the least. She was brought in for a different position and then very quickly transitioned another role. She came into a team that was going through many changes. She has stepped up to the plate, into a newly created position, and has never complained once. She is always smiling – delivering tailored reports to our numerous clients and joining every update call possible so she can understand each req we are working on. In her short time here, I have not heard her say one negative word about anyone or anything! She has brought in a level of energy that I have not seen before in Personify and will only continue to grow.”

“Despite not working on any of these positions, Allen volunteered to travel to a client site where we were struggling to find any candidates; he spent a week putting up fliers, meeting with different schools and career centers, and really going anywhere to find possible candidates. Since he went to the facility, there has been a tremendous uptick in applicants and offers. He absolutely dropped everything he was doing to complete a task that would benefit the collective group and is a rare task for a new in role employee.”

“There are nowhere near enough good things to say about Jordan’s contribution to our cause. It’s hard to believe that she has only been with Personify since Fall of 2018, but she is already one of our most trusted, hardworking, no-nonsense go-getters. She always does what she says she’s going to do, when or before she says she would. When our strategic objective was being pushed for late into December, she was constantly calling, texting, and IMing about how she could personally contribute, despite knowing that the financial incentive was not even hers to be had. She was simply pushing to hit it for us, for the company and the people. This is somebody that constantly pushes both the envelope and the status quo – ensuring that she and the team that looks up to her daily are demonstrating the most value we can and staying focused on achieving our biggest goals.”
