Because we believe that expanding the decision-making power to different levels of the organization is one of the best ways to maintain company morale and drive innovation, our committee structure is also an integral part of Personify’s culture. There are two employee-led committees tasked with championing specific initiatives and developing organization-wide solutions to help Personify be in an ongoing state of improvement while maintaining an environment that promotes our employees to be the best versions of themselves.
Because we believe to whom much is given – much is expected, Personify’s External Committee plans company-wide days of service and regular volunteer opportunities for our employees to give back to the local community. Its mission is to establish and foster alliances with both local and global organizations that will aid the company in its overall goal to nurture positive connections.
Our Internal Committee strives to create a culture that supports and rewards the efforts of our organization through recognition of employee performance and commitment to core values. In addition, this committee helps maintain our Personify spirit year-round by planning team-building events and company outings, including our Personify Olympics, company-wide potlucks, DEIB initiatives that celebrate identities & heritage, and our month-long holiday festivities every December. We are committed to making Personify one of the best places to work both internally and externally.
