Our Core Values shape every aspect of our culture – from how we work with each other and our clients to how we overcome obstacles and celebrate success; simply stated, it’s #howiPFY.
Because we believe that expanding the decision-making power to different levels of the organization is one of the best ways to maintain company morale and drive innovation, our committee structure is also an integral part of Personify’s culture. There are 7 employee-led committees tasked with championing specific initiatives and developing organization-wide solutions to help Personify stay in an ongoing state of improvement, while maintaining an environment that promotes our employees to be the best versions of themselves.
The Ethics Committees is in charge of upholding our Core Values and promoting employee recognition, which includes giving out quarterly Core Values awards to employees who have gone above and beyond in exhibiting #howiPFY.
Because we believe to whom much is given – much is expected, Personify’s Community Outreach Committee plans company-wide days of service and regular volunteer opportunities for our employees to give back to the local community. Read more about our outreach initiatives here.
Our Culture Committee helps maintain our unique Personify spirit year-round by planning team building events and company outings, including our Personify Olympics every summer, our themed Halloween events, and our month-long holiday festivities every December. Our New Employee Immersion Committee manages our internal resource sharing database and mentorship program, while our Corporate Wellness Committee promotes a work environment where healthy behaviors are encouraged and supported by running our Fitness Reimbursement program that provides all employees with a monthly stipend for gym memberships.
The Innovation Committee is responsible for continuously reevaluating our internal processes and assessing new HR tech and tools to find the best resources that can drive efficiency internally for our team and externally for our clients. The Process Improvement Committee’s goal is to standardize, improve, and make more efficient our internal processes related to recruiting and working cross functionally.
In addition to Personify’s committee system, we also host quarterly town halls where everyone is given the opportunity to share ideas and suggest initiatives in an open forum style of discussion.
