But so is having fun. To help maintain that uniquely “Personify” team spirit, we host events that range from our weeklong PFY Olympic Games every summer, where employees form teams and compete in various field day contests, to our annual wing eating contest every November. December is filled with daily festivities leading up to our annual holiday party that celebrates the year’s accomplishments and recognizes outstanding employee performance.

To celebrate success, every Personify employee has an anthem or “bell ringing song.” Similar to when a relief pitcher enters centerfield, each time our employees put someone to work, they get to play their anthem and take a lap around the office, complete with high fives, secret handshakes, chest bumps, and other congratulatory gestures.
